I am worried about giving my credit / bank card details online?
Pay Pal is the safe way to pay online. PayPal enables you to pay without sharing your financial information with sellers.

Where do you deliver?
We only accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom. Dig for Charity seed packets are sent by 1st class Royal Mail, to keep the cost down I do not send recorded delivery but ask for ‘proof of postage’ at the Post Office.

When will I receive my order?
Goods are usually despatched within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment and will normally be with you within 2-3 working days. We will keep you informed of your order status.

How will I recognise what the seeds are?
All seeds are packaged in foil sachets, labelled and dated so they reach you in perfect condition. Full contents and sowing/ growing instructions are on the back of the packet. (see the PDF file for each Seed Packet, on the homepage : )

Will you pass on my email address to other companies?
No, definitely not.

What if I want to place an order for lots of seed packets?
Then please contact us directly by telephone or email, so that we can arrange your order and keep delivery costs down to a minimum for you.

I noticed the PayPal merchant's name was Caroline Goldthorpe, is this correct?
Yes, because I am under the age of 18, the PayPal account is in my mother's name.

What if I don't wish to (or am unable to) buy over the internet at all?
We also have a list of locations in Sheffield where you can purchase seed packets in person. [see Stockists here ..]
